These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our subscription service. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
The subscription includes:
A subscription fee covers one vehicle. Reliable Rewards are available in two packages - Standard and Luxury. Both plans require a year commitment and are billed monthly. The Standard subscription fee is $20 per month. For Luxury brands (see list), the subscription fee is $35 per month.
Subscription fees will be billed on a monthly basis. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services. Termination before one year may result in charge back of services at non-discounted packaged pricing.
Services are available during normal business hours and are subject to scheduling availability. We recommend scheduling services in advance.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. However, fees for the current month are non-refundable.
Reliable Auto Repair is not liable for any incidental damage that may occur during repair or maintenance services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
